Anne Würfel
ESG & Value Creation Manager
Anne Würfel is an ESG & Value Creation Manager at FairCap. She combines experience in transaction and sustainability consulting from two Big Four firms.
During her time in transaction consulting at EY, she conducted company valuations and supported financial due diligence in various industries. She then moved into sustainability consulting at EY and later PwC, focusing on decarbonization strategies and sustainability reporting across the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) dimensions.
At FairCap, Anne combines this financial and sustainability expertise to identify and prioritize ESG and value creation potential early on and translate it into concrete measures together with portfolio companies. She keeps both the operational and financial implications in mind.
Anne holds an M.Sc. in Finance from the NOVA School of Business & Economics and a dual B.A. in Business Administration from HSB University of Applied Sciences Bremen and the University of Valencia.
