He started his career in international sales and business development before joining PwC Germany, where he advised companies on complex transformation programs, including cost-cutting initiatives, process optimization and target operating model design. He subsequently moved into private equity, supporting portfolio companies through restructuring and operational improvement programs, with a particular focus on sales, procurement and supply chain management. Loïc combines strategic consulting experience with a strong hands-on execution focus and works closely with management teams and operational functions to drive sustainable improvements.
