Associate Operating Partner
Samantha de Vries-Voß is an Associate Operating Partner at FairCap and serves as Managing Director of the portfolio company Stumpp + Schüle. She brings extensive experience in the strategic realignment and operational management of mid-sized industrial companies. In her role, she is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies as well as optimizing core business processes—particularly in the areas of production, planning, and operational excellence.
In addition, she has deep expertise in operational transformation and performance improvement, gained in part through her role as a project manager at a leading German consultancy for turnaround and restructuring management. There, she supported companies across various industries with up to one billion euros in annual revenue during critical phases and was responsible for achieving sustainable performance improvements.
Samantha de Vries-Voß holds an M.Sc. in Management from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from the European University Viadrina, including study abroad experiences in Denmark and Mexico.
