Dominik Joerg is an Associate Operating Partner at FairCap. He has many years of experience in the operational management of medium to large-sized companies. Dominik has led successful cost-improvement, restructuring and accelerated growth projects. In addition, Dominik was involved in a number of M&A transactions across industrial engineering, mobility, infrastructure, lifestyle and healthcare. At FairCap he is focused on the operational development of portfolio companies and leads the M&A activities in the UK. Previously, Dominik was with Aurelius Group and Siemens working across North America, Europe and Asia.

 

Dominik holds an MSc in Social Sciences from the University of Oxford and another MSc in International Business from Maastricht University with a focus on sustainability.
