Dr. Johannes Pohl supports FairCap portfolio companies in the area of operations (e.g. strategic reorientation through to operational excellence, lean management and supply chain). Previously, he was interim COO and production manager at several portfolio companies of a listed industrial holding company. He specializes in the implementation of lean management and the optimization of production and supply chain processes.
 
Johannes holds a Dipl.-Ing. from the Technical University of Vienna and has a Dr.-Ing. from the Technical University of Munich. PhD.
