Johannes is a Senior Associate in the Investment Team at FairCap. Before joining FairCap, he worked for several years in the investment team of the listed Allgeier Group, where he was involved in numerous national and international M&A transactions in the IT services sector.

In addition, as Corporate Finance Manager, Johannes was responsible for the credit facilities and cash management of the Allgeier Group and has a successful track record in the implementation of various financing projects.

 

Johannes studied in the Netherlands and Germany. He holds a Master of Science in International Business - Finance from Maastricht University and is a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)®.
