Max Koch-Heintzeler is Managing Partner and co-founder of FairCap and has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and investment management. At FairCap, he was instrumental in the carve-out and further development of S & P Federnwerk. Previously, he worked in the investment team of Fidelium Partners and the Aurelius Group. During this time, he executed numerous complex transactions in the industrial, automotive and construction sectors. Earlier in his career, he worked for BDO in audit and, following his MBA, spent several years as an equity research analyst at LOYS, where he analyzed and researched investments in listed companies focused on consumer, industrial, services and TMT.
 
Max studied sinology and business administration in Konstanz, Shanghai and San Francisco as a DAAD and Fulbright scholar. He holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and holds the professional title of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
