Dr. Anil Yigit
Associate Operating Partner
Dr. Anil Yigit is an Associate Operating Partner at FairCap, responsible for the operational and strategic development of portfolio companies. In this role, he drives transformation initiatives and leads the implementation of value creation programs.
Previously, Anil worked as an Associate Director at Mutares, where he led companies through turnaround situations and drove operational and commercial improvements. As Head of Sales Excellence for Emerging Markets at Wilo, he advanced sales strategies, processes, business development initiatives, and pricing models within an industrial environment. Prior to that, he worked at Deloitte in M&A financial advisory and management consulting, gaining comprehensive experience across all phases of M&A transactions, from strategic analysis and financial valuation to post-merger integration.
Anil studied business and economics at Technical University of Dortmund and at Columbia University in New York. He received multiple awards and scholarships for academic excellence. He earned his doctorate with distinction from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
