Niccolò Azzarini is Vice President of FairCap, focusing on the M&A activity in the Italian market. Prior to that, he worked for the publicly-listed investment company Mutares with a focus on special situations and turnarounds. As M&A manager, he performed several transactions in the automotive, telecommunications, energy, construction, engineering and consumer goods sector. He has gained previous experience in the investment banking division of Banco Santander and as M&A analyst at Cross Border.
