Stefano is an Associate Operating Partner at FairCap. He has acquired significant experience in post-deal engagements, with particular focus on carve-out deals and integration processes.
His professional experience is also extensive in in the area of operational due diligence (sell side, buy side, carve-out).
Companies benefit from Stefano’s background and main field of knowledge in the areas of supply chain and operations. He has more than seven years of experience in consulting and is former chief operating officer of a fast-moving-consumer-goods company.
Stefano has a Master’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, and Control and an Executive MBA, both of them from SDA Bocconi School of Management.
