Thomas Stüpfert
Senior Operating Partner
Thomas Stüpfert is a Senior Operating Partner in the FairCap team. He is responsible for the overall operational development of FairCap's portfolio companies and supports them in achieving operational excellence and a successful long-term growth path. Previously, Thomas managed several medium-sized private equity-owned companies in turnaround situations, in each case as managing director or board member, and successfully developed a portfolio of portfolio companies for a listed industrial holding company. Prior to this, Thomas worked for several years as a senior principal at a leading management consultancy focusing on efficiency enhancement and organizational optimization. Thomas has extensive experience as a company leader in the following industries: industrial manufacturing, consumer goods, chemicals, lighting products and business services.
Thomas holds a degree in physics from the University of Regensburg and a postgraduate degree in business administration.
